If you’re not fully happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
You can start your return anytime through our Returns Portal.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Items marked as non-refundable, including but not limited to tights, earrings, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after your return reaches us. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to process the credit.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We don’t offer exchanges - if you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.
If you used a discount code and returned part of your order, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.
Each return incurs a cost, which will be deducted from your refund. You can check the country-specific return costs in our returns cost page.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, shipping fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
