Do I need to pay customs fees / import duties?Updated 6 days ago
If you’re ordering from the UK, USA, or any European Union country, customs fees and import duties are already included in your order total. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.
European Union countries include:
Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
Andorra, San Marino, Iceland, and Liechtenstein are also duty-free.
If your country isn’t listed above, your local customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees depending on local regulations. These charges are not covered by us and remain the customer’s responsibility.
- Canada: Orders up to CAD $150 are duty-free for customs (GST/HST may apply between CAD $40–150)
- Australia: Orders up to AUD $1,000 are duty-free
- New Zealand: Orders up to NZD $1,000 are duty-free
- Japan: Orders up to JPY ¥10,000 are duty-free
Please note that we are legally required to declare all items at their full value and cannot adjust invoices or mark parcels as gifts.
If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, you’ll be responsible for all shipping and customs costs. These will be deducted from your refund. If the total costs exceed your order value, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
